Good morning everyone:
I’m sure most of you know either by the news of communications, Governor Bullock has extended Montana’s school closures another two weeks. The extension now continues until April 10th. This means we will continue to provide services to our students by the same means we have used since the original school closure occurred. With the extended closure it is paramount parents take the lead in making their children understand the importance of completing work sent home their teacher(s). It is also paramount students and parents take advantage of being in contact with their teachers when questions regarding their school work arises.
As we continue with the school closure, Forsyth Schools will continue to provide meals (breakfast/lunch) for children age eighteen (18) and under. This is a grab and go program and information is on our website or you can call Mrs. Ayers or Mrs. Seleg at the Elementary School (406-346-2796, ext. 5120). The pickup site for the meals is on our website, so please take advantage of this opportunity.
Due to the timing of the closure, if schools were to open on April 13th, this is a school holiday because of the Easter Break. School would resume on April 14th.
Please continue to visit our website for updates during the school closure extension.
Thank you all for your assistance during this disruption in our school lives.
Be Safe, Be Healthy.
Dinny Bennett, Superintendent
